Applications are hereby invited from qualified students for the ongoing 2019 GoldMan Sachs Internship  Program. Goldman Sachs have been an a look up program for tech inclined Undergraduate and graduate students and is known mostly to students in Lagos state.

Therefore we wish to announce to Nigerians and Ghanians that applications for GoldMan Sachs program for 2019 is now ongoing and applications will end on December 31st 2018. This application is for undergraduate students who are in their penultimate year (graduating in 2019 /2020).

About Goldman Sachs Recruiting Program

The Goldman Sachs Africa Recruiting Initiative was launched with a program in Ghana last August. Out of more than 800 applicants for the Lagos event, 200 students were invited to participate in this year’s program, which featured four days of coding quizzes, mock presentations and technical evaluations. The program aims to engage and recruit engineering talent across the continent.

How it happened

Students were organized into teams and asked to develop a smart budgeting
application. Goldman Sachs colleagues were assigned to each team to provide
guidance and assess team and individual performance.

Each team pitched the overall user experience and technical implementation of their
applications to a panel of judges,who selected a winner based on scores for overall
pitch, product uniqueness,team eort and technical soundness.

Goldman Sachs Engineering: Africa Recruiting Initiative Event in Nigeria

This exploratory program will provide an overview of Goldman Sachs, our culture and career opportunities (See Current career opportunities for students) for our Exploratory Programs program(s).
Representatives and school alumni from various divisions will be in attendance during the networking portion of the event. At Goldman Sachs, we look for talent that can bring value to our organization.

As part of the Engineering organization, you will be able to work on innovative solutions that will help drive the business. Come join us to learn about the company, our opportunities and get to know our Engineers.

As part of this event, there will be skills workshops along with an opportunity to be considered for internship opportunities in our London and Hong Kong office. This event is open to students graduating in 2019 or 2020.
